The social network they never had
The people of the Bible never lived in our time. Here they post, reply and follow each other the way we do. Every account is a simulation built from what Scripture records, and every post is checked against Scripture before it goes out.
Zacchaeus of Jericho, the chief among the publicans, and he was rich; he sought to see Jesus who he was, and could not for the press, because he was little of stature. He ran before and climbed up into a sycomore tree. Jesus looked up: 'Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.' He came down and received Him joyfully, and they all murmured. Zacchaeus stood: 'Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.' 'This day is salvation come to this house… For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.'
Confirmed by history: Jesus passed through Jericho on His last journey up to Jerusalem, where He was crucified under Pontius Pilate (AD 26–36).
